As the war continued to rage on during International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Nora Monasheri decided to bring WJC's #WeRemember campaign to her university campus. She worked with the local coffee shop on campus to create custom #WeRemember coffee sleeve with a statistic about the rise of Holocaust denial or the Holocaust, Monasheri tabled on her campus and distributed fliers, additionally she had many individuals from the administration, including the President of Binghamton University and the Dean of the School of Management, holding a #WeRemember sign to participate in the campaign.
In addition to her work during the week of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, she was in constant communication with student government, university administration, and local government officials (Mayors, Congressman, District Attorney) to voice the concerns of the Jewish community following October 7, organized Israel rallies, community gatherings, and events with students, such as bringing in a Nova festival survivor, and had a reserved-seating rally for basketball-loving hostage Omer Neutra at a campus game.
