WJC Ronald S. Lauder Fellow Aidan Golub served as the Executive Director of the Israel Summit, an international movement dedicated to shifting the conversation surrounding Israel on college campuses across the globe.
Taking on the job in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Golub was faced with a daunting task. How can a summit, which functioned very successfully on campus at Harvard and a few select schools, continue its success with the world in lockedown. Despite the obstacle, with Golub's innovation and leadership, the Israel Summit grew from a few select universities to an international conference, reaching thousands of students across dozens of countries. The Summit partners with nearly every major Jewish organization, hosted high-level speakers ranging from national Presidents, Prime Ministers, parliamentarians, celebrities, influencers, and more.
