About

NextGenInc., a first of its kind project of the World Jewish Congress and World Union of Jewish Students, is a start-up style incubator, designed to give young Jewish leaders with innovative ideas access to resources and mentorship to transform their idea into a sustainable reality.

Accepted projects will be provided access to an online portal filled with resource guides, access to a variety of online softwares, ability to receive expert training on a wide range of topics, support from WJC & WUJS staff, and access to grant funding. Individuals will have a space to work on their project as well as network opportunities, and a space to brainstorm and share ideas with other members of NextGenInc. Team members of admitted projects will additionally receive leadership development and access to exclusive events, conferences, and meetings.

Application

Requirements

  • Team members must be between the ages of 16-30 (Team leaders must be above the age of 18).
  • The idea must be focused on strengthening Jewish life which can be related to one of following function areas:
    • Supporting the Jewish community
    • Interfaith relations
    • Combating antisemitism
    • Holocaust education
    • Israel advocacy
  • The idea must be in development or early implementation stages.

Projects will be admitted to the Incubator on a rolling basis. NextGen Inc. is a global initiative and will accept candidates from any country.
