NextGenInc - World Jewish Congress

NextGen Inc., a first of its kind project of the World Jewish Congress and World Union of Jewish Students is a start-up styled incubator, designed to give young Jewish leaders with amazing ideas access to resources and the knowledge base to turn their idea into a strong and sustainable reality.

Accepted projects will be provided access to an online portal filled with resource guides, access to a variety of online softwares, ability to receive expert training on a wide range of topics, support from WJC & WUJS staff, and access to grant funding. Individuals will have a space to work on their project specifically as well as areas to network, brainstorm, and share ideas with other members of NextGen Inc. The team members of admitted projects will additionally receive leadership development and access to exclusive events, conferences, and meetings.



  • Team members must be between the ages of 16-30 (Team leaders must be above the age of 18).
  • The idea must be focused on strengthening Jewish life. It can be related to one of following function areas:
    • Supporting the Jewish community
    • Interfaith relations
    • Combating antisemitism
    • Holocaust education
    • Israel advocacy
  • The idea must be in development or early implementation stages.

Projects will be admitted to the Incubator on a rolling basis. NextGen Inc. is a global initiative and can accept candidates from any country.
