Global Action Forums

The Special Envoys and Coordinators Combating Antisemitism (SECCA) forum consists of policy makers and officials dedicated to addressing antisemitism in their respective countries or regions. The forum also includes representatives from international organizations such as the European Commission, the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

WJC’s Technology and Human Rights Institute (TecHRI) combats online antisemitism and hate speech through a uniquely Jewish lens. Building on WJC's longstanding efforts to challenge Holocaust denial, conspiracy myths, and online hate speech, TecHRI engages Jewish communities, local governments, and tech companies to address the spread of antisemitic hate on the Internet. The Institute also partners with companies including Meta and TikTok to support advocacy and policy initiatives aimed at protecting human rights. TecHRI also collaborates with organizations such as UNESCO to promote educational resources including AboutHolocaust.org, ensuring accessible Holocaust education for all.

The Israel Council on Foreign Relations (ICFR) is a non-partisan forum for the study and debate of foreign policy operating under the auspices of World Jewish Congress. Established in 1989, the Council aspires to stimulate public awareness of world events and insightful discussion of foreign policy issues, particularly regarding Israel, the Middle East, and international Jewish affairs.

The International Council of Jewish Parliamentarians (ICJP) brings together Jewish legislators, government ministers, and other elected officials from around the world to meet and discuss issues of common concern. Founded in 1988, the ICJP established a global network of relationships among Jewish elected officials to enable greater knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing Jewish communities in Israel and the diaspora.
