Micol Di Gioacchino is a 23-year-old business administration student. Born and raised in Rome, Italy, since she was 16 years old, she has always been an active member of her local Jewish community. First as Madricha of Bene Akiva Roma, then as Treasurer of UGEI, the Italian Union of Jewish Students and Young Professionals, and currently as Board Member of EUJS, Micol has always carried her Jewish identity with pride, working to ensure that local Jewish communities will remain active and represented in the present and in the future.
