Claire Frankel is a student at McGill University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history with a minor in gender, sexuality, and feminist studies. She began her Jewish advocacy journey in high school where she served as the North American Federation of Temple Youth Northwest region president. While in university, Claire became the Vice President of Social Action and Inclusion at Hillel McGill and she currently holds the position of Vice President of Advocacy. Additionally, Claire is currently the Vice President of External Affairs at JQueer McGill. She successfully completed multiple fellowships including the Chai fellowship, Hasbara fellowship, the Honest Reporting Canada Media fellowship, and the Association of Americans and Canadians living in Israel fellowship. Claire has been published in the Jerusalem Post, been a guest speaker for the Honest Report Podcast, and has been a panelist for several panel discussions at McGill University. As well, Claire partnered with McGill University to plan, execute, and speak at their first ever Holocaust Memorial Day ceremony.
