Noa Rakel Perugia is a 22-year-old government and diplomacy student at Reichman University in Israel. Born and raised in Rome, she has served her local Jewish community first as a Madricha of Bene Akiva Roma and then as a member and volunteer of Hashomer Hachadash. Noa also served in the Public Diplomacy office of the IDFs Spokesperson Unit.
