Jews most targeted victim group in Toronto in 2019, police report reveals

Anti-Jewish crimes in Toronto in 2019 accounted for approximately 32% of all 139 hate crimes reported.  Barbara Bank, chair of CIJA Toronto, said: "Whether the immediate targets of hate are individuals or community institutions, these crimes leave a lasting, harmful impact on victims and the broader community.”
