Joelle Abaew is a student at Columbia University pursuing a degree in Economics, and is also enrolled in the dual degree program at the Jewish Theological Seminary, where she studies Jewish Ethics. Prior to becoming a World Jewish Congress Lauder Fellow, she served as International President of B'nai B'rith Youth Organization (BBYO), developing leadership and advocacy skills at an international scale.
