In the aftermath of the horrors of the Holocaust, the Displaced Persons camp of Bergen-Belsen was a center of Jewish life in every sense of the term. More than 2,000 children were born there between 1945 and 1950. Today, the “Belsen Babies” are a link between the past, the present, and the future.
