Understanding Palestinian Islamic Jihad

Evidence released by the IDF has shown that the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) was responsible for the blast near the hospital in Gaza.
It is a terrorist organization that has been operating in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank for decades.
