Bio

Two weeks before October 7th, Noah Katz was elected as the youngest Chairperson of a Jewish community in the world. A researcher and published writer, Noah is the Jewish Staff Network Support Officer, supporting Jewish workplace inclusion at the Board of Deputies of British Jews, and previously spent three years as a Deputy, serving on the BoD Executive as the inaugural Chair of the Under 35 Assembly.

With a track record of pioneering innovative youth representation, Noah Co-Founded the Yad Fellowship, a Jewish-Muslim interfaith initiative aimed at bringing communities together to counter antisemitism and anti-Muslim hatred.

Currently serving as Vice-Chair of Lancaster & Lakes Jewish Community, Noah also sits on the Jewish on Campus Advisory Council, selected for their expertise within the Jewish Student Movement. Noah’s commitment to youth representation extends to their seat on the National Union of Students Boards, elected as a mainstream Jewish voice in the room.
