Faina Kukliansky is a prominent attorney and constitutional law specialist, currently serving as Chairperson of the Vilnius Jewish Community and Deputy Chairperson of the Jewish Community of Lithuania. She holds advanced degrees in law, including doctoral studies at Vilnius University, where she also teaches at the Faculty of Law. Her academic background includes studies in criminology and participation in international internships focused on administration and legal systems.

Ms. Kukliansky has been recognized for her public service and leadership with several national honors, including the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit for Lithuania and the Diplomat’s Star Award from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is fluent in Yiddish, Hebrew, English, Polish, Russian, and Lithuanian.
