An Israeli living in South Africa sued his neighbor over a swastika painted on a fence. Yaron Fishman said that Gerald Barkhuizen had painted the swastika and other anti-Semitic scrawls on his fence after a dispute last month over a dog kennel near Fishman’s property, the "Jerusalem Post" reports. Fishman says that he was hopeful that the matter could be resolved before his father, a Holocaust survivor, visits him. Barkhuizen said free speech would allow him to paint whatever he chooses.
