Bon Jovi, the American rock group, are expected in Israel for a long-awaited concert soon, according to media reports.
The band is reportedly finalizing a deal for a gig at Tel Aviv’s Yarkon Park in early October. Full details of the date and location, including when tickets are to go on sale, are expected to be released on Tuesday.
In 2010, lead singer and guitarist Jon Bon Jovi, said he'd like to bring the band to Israel as part of a concert tour, but the performance never materialized. If the event goes ahead, it will be Bon Jovi’s first performance in Israel.
The band has sold over 100 million records and performed over 2,500 live concerts.
