Around 6,000 people have taken part in a demonstration in the German city of Munich protesting peacefully against a neo-Nazi march through the Bavarian capital. At the rally organized by the "Alliance for Tolerance, Democracy, and the Rule of Law", Munich's mayor Christian Ude said that anybody who denied the Holocaust was a criminal. This city was "fed up" with neo-Nazis. Simultaneously, about 200 neo-Nazis marched through the inner city. They were repeatedly stopped by several hundred radical leftist protesters. Stones were also thrown, but nobody was injured. A large number of policemen tried to keep the two groups apart.
