A New York man with ties to a neo-Nazi group recruited neighbors' children to put hate stickers on a synagogue and a train station, according to a prosecution official. Security guard Thomas Zibelli rewarded teenagers with alcohol and pornographic video parties. Zibelli, 33, held after being arraigned on charges of aggravated harassment and criminal mischief. Both hate crimes are punishable by up to four years in jail. He was arrested on Sunday in his apartment, where investigators found an extensive collection of hate material. He is charged with directing five teenage neighbors to put up about 65 stickers featuring swastikas and hate messages, including "White Power," "Hitler was right" and "Stop non-white immigration".
