Police have charged a man in the Australian city of Perth with inciting racism. The 39-year-old allegedly posted a video on the internet video platform 'YouTube' targeting Jews. The man could become the first person convicted under Western Australia state's racial vilification laws enacted four years ago. The video shows the man in front of Perth's Bell Tower and a supermarket making anti-Semitic comments. The maximum penalty for the offense is 14 years in prison.
