Elan Pratzer serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA), where he leads national advocacy efforts to strengthen Jewish life in Canada and combat rising antisemitism. He works closely with community institutions, government officials, and grassroots partners to advance public policy on issues including hate crimes, campus antisemitism, religious freedom, and Canada–Israel relations. Under his leadership, CIJA is focused on transparency, responsiveness, and building an effective, strategic response to the challenges facing Jewish Canadians in the wake of the October 7 terrorist attack.
