Chairman of the Advisory Board of Brazilian Israeli Beneficent Society Albert Einstein and Coalition Health Institute.

Graduated, master's and doctorate from Paulista School of Medicine of the Federal University of São Paulo, he did medical residency at the Brazilian Council of Ophthalmology and improvement in ophthalmological emergencies by the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat (1989).

Visiting Professor at Harvard University (USA), professor of public health policies for the MBA in Health course at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein and member of the São Paulo Academy of Medicine.

Former president of UnitedHealth Group Brazil,  President of Lide Saúde and Vice Chairman of the Business Leaders (Lide).

Member of the Municipal Health Council since 2015.

President of the Superior Health Council of the State of São Paulo and member of the Council of the Secretariat of Economic and Social Development of the State of São Paulo.

Chaired the Israeli Confederation of Brazil and was vice president of the World Jewish Congress. He is currently special advisor to the president of the Latin American Jewish Congress.
