Carolina Grosman is the Leadership & Public Diplomacy Director of the Latin American Jewish Congress. Before joining the LAJC Carolina worked for 12 years at ORT Argentina. Currently, she is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and is member of the Vocational Guidance team of the Faculty of Psychology. Her passion is learning about professional life stories and accompanying processes. Her training includes Psychology, Group Coordination and Psychodrama, Diploma in Vocational Guidance and International Professional Coaching (IAC).
