In coordination with the Latin American Jewish Congress, DAIA, and the Federation of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic, the WJC's regional and local affiliates, the WJC Jewish Diplomatic Corps is in the midst of a global diplomacy campaign to thank Argentina and the Czech Republic for their steadfast support of Israel and their Jewish communities during these historically difficult times and to explore ways to collaborate in an effort to bring about the immediate and unconditional release of the 101 hostages held by Hamas in Gaza.

The Jewish Diplomatic Corps has met with Argentinian and Czech diplomats in Brussels, Frankfurt, Hamburg, London, Madrid, Montevideo, New York, São Paulo, Stockholm, and Tel Aviv. JDCorps members also sent 60 diplomatic letters expressing WJC’s gratitude to diplomatic missions for both nations in 35 different cities across 20 countries. Additional meetings will soon take place across the globe.
