GENEVA - World Jewish Congress Director of Diplomacy, Leon Saltiel, took the floor at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva during its 52nd session to speak out against genocides with IBUKA Suisse, survivors of the genocide against Tutsis in Rwanda.
