Planned Giving: Leaving a Legacy

Few of us can singlehandedly change the course of history, but we do have the opportunity to create a lasting legacy that reflects the Jewish values and ideals we have held dear throughout our lifetimes. Through a bequest to the World Jewish Congress, American Section, you can support the vital programs and activities of the World Jewish Congress while also reducing your personal estate taxes.

Please consider using the language below to leave a gift in your will or living trust to WJC, an organization that has committed itself for more than 85 years to making a difference and changing history on behalf of the Jewish people.

“I give and bequeath unto the World Jewish Congress, American Section, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, with its principal office in New York, New York, the sum of $_____________ to be used for its general charitable purposes.”

If you do not wish to specify an amount, you may use a residuary bequest that is stated as a percentage of your estate.
