On the sidelines of the World Union of Jewish Students Congress in Berlin, WJC NextGen participated in the official Brandenburg Gate Hanukkah Lighting. 

From 20th to 25th December, one of the biggest events in the British Jewish communal diary, Limmud Festival, took place. A celebration of Jewish life with sessions on everything from campus life to Cabaret, Jewish history and Jewish futures, and politics to pastiche. During the 5 day festival, JDA Noah Katz delivered three talks on a range of topics.

This weekend, Lauder Fellow Matty Fisher brought a unique and vital conversation to Limmud in the UK. Fisher's panel addressed the intersection of Jewish identity and living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

In honor of all of her work for fighting antisemitism on college campuses, Sabrina Soffer had the opportunity to light a candle at the Israeli Embassy's Hanukkah celebration in Washington D.C.

On Friday, December 13, Minyan Marom, a project in NextGenInc., hosted a Shabbat meal in partnership with American Friends of Magen David Adom.
