Lauder Fellow Hanna Veiler Publishes "Die Aiwanger-Affäre bedeutet Grünes Licht für Antisemiten" in Jüdische Allgemeine

Lauder Fellow Hanna Veiler published an article in the German magazine Jüdische Allgemeine about the Aiwanger affair and how it creates a "green light for anti-Semites." Hurbet Aiwanger has a political career riddled with antisemitism, and he has been allowed to remain in office, although Germany has strict policies against antisemitic sentiment.

The Aiwanger case is about politician Hubert Aiwanger, the leader of Germany's far-right Free Votes party.
