Tribute to Polish Righteous Among the Nations Władysław Bartoszewski

On February 19, 1922, Władysław Bartoszewski was born. Bartoszewski was part of the Polish underground resistance during WWII, and led an organization that saved thousands of Jews from the Nazis.

For decades his heroism during the war inspired people in Poland and around the world. He passed away in 2015, at the age of 93.
