The leadership of the World Jewish Congress held talks with leading Israeli government officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in Jerusalem.
WJC President Ronald S. Lauder and other members of WJC Steering Committee met with Netanyahu at the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem to discuss geopolitical issues facing the Jewish people and the State of Israel.
Among the topics discussed were the fight against anti-Semitism, the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, the Iranian threat, and the Middle East peace process.
Other Israeli politicians who met with the WJC include government minister Naftali Bennett and the chairmen of Labor Party, Yitzhak Herzog, and Yesh Atid, Yaïr Lapid.
