Anti-Semitic graffiti has been discovered in the Canadian city of Calgary. Police said someone painted swastikas and hate messages on a fence. The incident happened during the night of Sunday to Monday. Damage is estimated at about US$ 1,500. Police have expressed concern, but so far, the response from Calgary’s Jewish community has been low-key. Jewish Community Relations Director Judy Shapiro said that while the act was disturbing, nobody was getting too excited about it.
