On October 6th, the Czech Union of Jewish Youth proudly hosted Judafest, their annual festival celebrating Czech Jewish culture. This vibrant event showcased the community's rich heritage to the broader public and aimed to challenge stereotypes surrounding Jewish identity. This year, the festival focused on commemorating the events of October 7th, highlighting its significance within the programming. Organizing this festival, the Czech Union of Jewish Youth demonstrated their resilience and commitment to cultural expression. Attendees enjoyed diverse activities, including lectures, debates, workshops, exhibitions, concerts, and stalls where various Jewish organizations showcased their essential work.
