JDA Member Noah Rubin Speaks at Vigil at University of Pennsylvania

Noah Rubin, Jewish Diplomatic Corps Academy Member and Lauder Fellow ('23-'24), spoke at an on-campus vigil honoring the victims of October 7th at the University of Pennsylvania.
