JDA Noah Katz Speaks at UK Parliament Representing the Board of Deputies of British Jews at an All Party Parliamentary Group on Modernizing Employment session on Improving Fairness for People from Minority Backgrounds and Faiths, Noah was asked to deliver a named contribution to a bustling room in Westminster. Highlighting the Board of Deputies' Employer’s Guide to Judaism, Noah spoke about how companies can foster inclusion for Jews by highlighting flexible work time policies. They informed the room about the recent survey the Board of Deputies ran with The Jewish Leadership Council & Work Avenue which found that nearly 2/3 of Jewish employees faced antisemitism in the workplace since 7th October 2023. The session was chaired by Lee Barron MP and run by the APPG's secretariat, The Better Hiring Institute.
