The Ronald S. Lauder Fellowship Program - World Jewish Congress

 Ben Slotkin was born and raised in Potomac, Maryland. He is currently a sophomore at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is studying business with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Outside of the classroom, Ben is the Chief Operating Officer at Start-Up Nation Mentorship where he oversees their mentorship program. Additionally, Ben is a fund analyst for the Tamid Group at Penn where he works with a team analyzing the markets in both Israel and the US. Ben is also enthusiastic about education and has tutored many younger students over the past 4 years, as well as creating a tutoring program at his high school. Professionally, Ben is especially interested in entrepreneurship and venture capital, and hopes to pursue a career in one of those fields after graduating from Wharton. In his down time, Ben is an avid sports fan, and can be often found pouring over statistics, reading articles, and having arguments over the management of basketball and hockey teams.
