The Ronald S. Lauder Fellowship Program - World Jewish Congress

I  am Ariela Di Gioacchino, and I am from Rome (Italy). After having graduated in Governance and International Relations, I am currently studying for my master's degree in International Relations: Crime, Justice and Security at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna. Over the past few years, I joined two exchange programs that brought me to study in Israel and in the United States. Thanks to the amazing people I met during those experiences I understood the importance of dialogue and thus, once I came back to Italy, started to collaborate with the Italian Union of Jewish Students (UGEI) to promote programs aimed to empower Jewish students and to create bridges with the Italian campus community. I strongly believe that everyone is an ambassador of his own identity, and for this reason I can’t wait to gain the tools needed to amplify our voices and to work with my fellows to build a shining future.
