Der Welt größter Hetzer und Hassprediger, Irans Präsident Mahmud Ahmadinedschad, ist wieder einmal in New York bei den Vereinten Nationen.

Zynisch wird er erneut den Friedensstifter spielen, obwohl sein Regime die radikal-islamischen Kämpfer von Hamas and Hisbollah finanziert, damit sie weltweit Angst und Terror verbreiten.

Sein neuer Verteidigungsminister ist international zur Fahndung ausgeschrieben – wegen Terrorverdachts!

Ahmadinedschad liebt die Bühne der Vereinten Nationen. Hier kann er seine Parolen verbreiten, den Holocaust leugnen, Israels Ende androhen, antisemitische Sprüche klopfen und die Zionisten für alles Unheil dieser Erde verantwortlich machen. Das wird diesmal kaum anders sein.

Aber auch wenn er das Recht zum Reden hat: Die Welt und die UN müssen Ahmadinedschad die ersehnte Plattform ja nicht bieten!

Die Vereinten Nationen wurden gegründet, um genau den Rassismus und die Bigotterie zu bekämpfen, für die das iranische Regime steht. Die UN-Mitglieder sollten deshalb diese Rede boykottieren.

Klar ist: Ohne massiven Druck und Sanktionen wird Teheran sein Atomprogramm nicht stoppen!

Wenn heute Deutschlands Platz in der UN-Vollversammlung während Ahmadinedschads Rede leer bliebe, dann würde die Welt dieses Signal hören, klar und deutlich!

Wir hoffen inständig, dass die Deutschen diese Chance ergreifen und sich als Vorreiter zeigen, damit Irans Diktator endlich gestoppt wird.

Ronald S. Lauder: Stop Iran's Dictator!

The world's foremost hatemonger, Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is in New York again at the United Nations. Cynically, he will profess a desire for peace, despite the fact that his regime funds Hamas and Hezbollah, who wreak terror across the globe. His new defense minister is an internationally wanted terror suspect.

Ahmadinejad loves U.N. forums because they provide a stage from which to spread his extremist ideology. One can safely expect him to repeat his rantings and deny the Holocaust, threaten Israel, spread anti-Semitic canards, and blame Zionists for every ill under the sun. Today, he may do it again.

Although he has the right to attend the General Assembly, the world must not give him the public platform he craves. The U.N. was set up to overcome precisely the kind of racism and bigotry that Ahmadinejad espouses. Its member states should boycott his speech.

Tehran will not give up its dangerous nuclear program unless real pressure and strict sanctions are applied. 70 years after World War II, the world needs to stand up to dictators and not be bogged down in endless rounds of appeasement and the kind of diplomacy that goes nowhere. Clearly, a nuclear-armed Iran is not an acceptable outcome.

If Germany's chair in the UN General Assembly hall remains empty during his speech, the message would ring loud and clear. We hope that Germany will take the lead and spearhead international efforts to stop Ahmadinejad.
