WJC CEO Singer meets UNESCO D-G Azoulay for productive talks focused on efforts to fight racism and anti-Semitism
World Jewish Congress CEO and Executive Vice President Robert Singer met Friday with UNESCO Director General Audrey Azoulay, for a productive and warm discussion centered around the tireless efforts being taken by both organizations, both individually and in cooperation, to combat all forms of racism and anti-Semitism.

World Jewish Congress US calls for swift appointment of Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism
The World Jewish Congress United States (WJC US) has joined a coalition of concerned religious and human rights organizations in the US in sending a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo urging him to quickly fill the position of the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism. Other signatories to this letter include ADL, B’nai B’rith, Hadassah, and NCSEJ, inter alia.

Thousands of people from 50 countries join World Jewish Congress in singing Israel's national anthem in one voice
The World Jewish Congress received hundreds of video submission from groups and individuals in places as far away as Albania to Colombia, the Ivory Coast to Kyrgyzstan, the Philippines to the United Kingdom, singing the anthem in Hebrew. The submissions were compiled into a single video, showcasing the diversity of love and support for Israel worldwide.
