World Jewish Congress leaders participate in Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs conference

Photo credit: MFA IsraelTen World Jewish Congress officials and the leaders of 15 WJC-affiliated communities are participating this week in a European Jewish Leadership conference in Jerusalem convened by Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and hosted by Minister of Foreign Affairs Avigdor Lieberman.

“The World Jewish Congress is honored to be able to contribute its worldwide expertise in diplomacy and policy to this strategic gathering, which is so crucial to the future of Israel and the Jewish people,” said WJC President Ronald S. Lauder. “Our mission to enhance solidarity among Jewish communities throughout the world while recognizing the centrality of the State of Israel to contemporary Jewish identity is truly fulfilled through this conference.
